Contra-lateral Training...

The concept of Contra-lateral pattern development is an extremely important  area that  is an overlooked aspect by the majority of coaches in their swimmers development and conditioning.
It is one of the fundamental principles that a swimmers ability is based upon. It is also the foundation for swimmers walking, running, skipping, jumping, agility, turning  and starting.
 
In short, it is what allows the swimmer to have a chance of moving in an efficient manner and at higher velocities during competition or practice.
 
Our unique in-water and land based program enhances at a very basic level the swimmers Rhythm, Range and Relaxation but works mainly to repair a swimmers cross neural patterning ensuring that the swimmer removes old and incorrect technique limb tracts.
